An 11-day overland journey through some of the most spectacular landscapes, remote wilderness and legendary off-road destinations in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona.
Starting and ending in Las Vegas, the route explores the incredible backcountry surrounding Capitol Reef, Moab, Page and Lake Powell, Kanab, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and Zion National Park.
Along the way, discover breathtaking destinations such as White Pocket, Alstrom Point and Whitmore Canyon, with towering sandstone cliffs, colorful rock formations, remote desert trails, spectacular viewpoints and unforgettable wilderness camping.
The trip combines scenic backcountry driving, off-road adventures, hiking and camping, with three different route versions tailored to your experience level. Whether you're new to overlanding or an experienced off-road driver looking for challenging trails, this journey offers an extraordinary way to discover the American Southwest.
Who does it fit?
Beginner · Intermediate · Advanced (3 versions)
The trip is available in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced versions. The destinations remain the same, while the difficulty varies between versions.
Experience Levels
Beginner
New to overlanding or 4x4 travel. No previous experience required.
Intermediate
Some off-road experience required. You should be comfortable changing a tire, airing tires down and back up, and understand how and when to use 4L.
Advanced
For drivers with strong hands-on 4x4 and off-road experience. Previous ownership and substantial experience with a 4x4 is expected. Occasional 4x4 rentals alone do not qualify for this level.
Self-Guided Adventure
This is a self-guided trip, not a guided tour. You get the Jeep, all the camping and overlanding gear, a detailed trip plan and GPS maps — and head out on the adventure on your own.
We provide everything you need so you can simply take the Jeep and hit the road.
